Hi Khalid Spotwood here let me tell yo a little bit about myself. I have been in the real estate business for over 18 yrs now with 4yrs as a real estate agent with Smart Realty LLC. I have bulit and sold my own properties as well as helped other's sale and purchase their dream home or investment properties. As the trusted real estate advisor for my clients, I understand that selling and/or buying a home is complex and deeply personal. The perspective on the process, and the responsibility felt towards my clients, drives me to truely be an expert at the job.
